Terms and Conditions mrluky – Platform Usage Guidelines

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by mrluky, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all related policies including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the mrluky platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

Mrluky reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via registered email or platform announcement at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except for immediate changes related to security or legal compliance.

02Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the mrluky platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a resident of a country where use of the mrluky platform is permitted by law.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion program or gambling ban.
• Not representing a corporate entity or acting on behalf of a third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mrluky carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process that requires identity document verification before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or a driving licence.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the mrluky platform at all times. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device information — are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

03Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mrluky account login credentials, including your username and password. mrluky strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Notify mrluky immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Mrluky will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team.

If you claim that your account has been accessed without authorization, mrluky will conduct an internal investigation. During the investigation, the account in question may be temporarily suspended for security purposes. mrluky's decision following the investigation is final.

04Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Mrluky supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow, Maybank and CIMB bank transfers, and USDT cryptocurrency.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits, including those from family members, are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposit processing time: instant to 15 minutes depending on the selected method.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for TNG and DuitNow methods.
• Your first withdrawal requires full, approved KYC verification.
• Funds received through bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• TNG eWallet and DuitNow withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• FPX transfers to bank accounts are processed within 1–4 hours on business days.
• Each account is allowed up to 3 withdrawals per day.

05Bonus & Promotions

Mrluky offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special promotions for public holidays. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement which varies, typically between 10x and 30x the bonus value, and will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the terms of the relevant offer.
• Mrluky reserves the right to cancel any misused bonuses, including the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• The bonus validity period is as stated in the terms of each offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.

For promotions involving draws or special events, participation requirements and winner selection methods will be stated separately on the relevant promotion page. mrluky's decisions on all matters relating to promotions are final.

06Player Conduct & Responsibility

All mrluky platform users are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited on the mrluky platform:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or harassing manner toward other users or mrluky staff via chat rooms or support channels.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal gain. Any discovered bugs must be reported to mrluky support.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform.
• Sharing or selling account information to any third party.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

Mrluky cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in investigations of illegal activity. Any transactions suspected of involving money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice.

07Responsible Gaming

Mrluky is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player well-being. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, week, or month.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session Limit: Set how long you can play in a single session.
• Temporary Break: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure at your own request.

These tools are accessible directly from your account settings. Once a limit or exclusion is set, mrluky will not allow it to be relaxed until the specified period has elapsed — this is a policy we uphold strictly in the interest of our players.

08Account Suspension & Termination

Mrluky reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized access detected on the account.
• Information provided during registration or KYC was found to be false or inaccurate.
• Account found to be operating as part of a multi-account network.
• There is legal pressure or a directive from the relevant authorities.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, mrluky reserves the right to hold the existing balance until the investigation is complete. If the termination is at your own request and no terms violation has occurred, the balance will be returned once all wagering requirements are met and identity verification is confirmed.

09Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Mrluky shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by planned or unplanned system maintenance.
• Technical failures on the part of third-party service providers, including banks and digital wallet providers.
• Losses arising from use of the platform that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

The mrluky platform is provided "as-is". While we strive to ensure 24/7 platform availability, mrluky does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. In the event of a technical disruption affecting an ongoing game, mrluky will resolve the issue based on server records and the decision made shall be final.

All games on the mrluky platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has received independent certification. Game outcomes are entirely random and mrluky is not liable for any losses arising from those outcomes.

10Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Mrluky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. For amendments that do not involve immediate security changes or legal compliance requirements, notice will be given at least 7 days before the changes take effect via:

• Email the address registered to your account.
• A pop-up notice will appear when you log in to the platform.
• Announcements in the news section or platform notifications.

Continued use of the mrluky platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes arising will first be resolved through mrluky's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to the relevant authorities.
